Refund Policy for Swingby purchases.

Checkout Provider

Payments are processed through Polar checkout. Polar may appear on the receipt, payment statement, customer portal, tax invoice, or license email.

Refund Window

Refund requests are generally accepted within 14 days of purchase when the app cannot be installed, activated, or used on a supported Mac after reasonable troubleshooting, the purchase was accidental or duplicated, or the app materially does not match the published purchase page at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

A refund may be denied when the request is made after the refund window and there is no legal requirement or product defect requiring a refund, the license key was shared, resold, abused, or used to bypass the intended 1 Mac activation policy, or the issue is caused by unsupported macOS versions, unsupported hardware, unavailable third-party services, or local system settings outside Swingby's control.

Effect Of Refund

After a refund, the license may be disabled or revoked. Paid features may become unavailable. Refunds do not delete local recordings, transcripts, notes, exports, downloaded models, or app settings from the user's Mac.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may cause the related license to be disabled while the payment provider reviews the case.
