License Type
The Just Speak or Earshot Personal License is for one individual user. It is not a team, site-wide, resale, OEM, managed-service, or shared-device license unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Device Limit
One license key may be activated on 1 Mac at a time. If you move to a new Mac, deactivate the old installation first, then activate the new installation with the same key. If the old Mac is unavailable, contact [email protected] for help.
Activation And Validation
Activation requires the license key, product identifier, app version, platform details, and a random install identifier generated by the app. The app may periodically validate the license with the Swingby license server. If the app cannot reach the server temporarily, it may continue to work during a limited grace period based on the last successful validation.
Updates
Early Access licenses include lifetime app updates for the purchased app while that app is actively maintained and distributed. This does not guarantee indefinite maintenance, compatibility with every future macOS release, future products, third-party services, cloud features, every future feature, or support forever. Existing installed versions may continue to work subject to license validation, OS compatibility, and third-party dependency availability.
Trial
Swingby apps may include a limited free trial before a paid license is required. The trial is tied to local device state and is not a promise of unlimited repeated trials after reinstalling the app.
Prohibited License Use
You may not share a personal license key with other people, resell, rent, sublicense, publish, or transfer a license key without written permission, circumvent activation, validation, update, or trial limits, or use automated systems to generate, test, or abuse license keys.
Refunds, Revocation, And Abuse
Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or abused licenses may be revoked or disabled. A revoked license may stop activating or validating in the app.
Support
License support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Include the purchase email and license key prefix or short key when possible. Do not send private meeting content or full license keys unless support explicitly asks through a trusted channel.
